Como inmigrante indocumentado que defend\u00eda los derechos de los migrantes en California, Cesar trabaj\u00f3 en diversas campa\u00f1as, entre ellas: #Not1More; por la expedici\u00f3n de licencias de conducir para la comunidad indocumentada, y por la reforma de leyes electorales para ofrecerle oportunidades a las comunidades latinas y de color en California. Despu\u00e9s de 10 a\u00f1os de organizar campa\u00f1as en Estados Unidos, le entusiasma apoyar los cambios positivos en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lo largo de las administraciones del presidente Trump y el presidente Obama, sufrimos 12 a\u00f1os de deportaciones masivas y de detenciones en la frontera. Las necesidades de los migrantes repatriados nunca fueron mayores. Estamos encantados de que C\u00e9sar se una a nosotros y nos entusiasma emplear y desarrollar sus aptitudes para beneficiar las comunidades repatriadas y deportadas del Occidente de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Guadalajara, Jal.
